This weekend’s thing to do in Dublin
Help make the biggest print ever made in Dublin on Saturday. The No Grants Gallery in Temple Bar are showcasing the work of PRINT BLOCK members collectively for the first time at the Culture Box on East Essex Street.
You can help PRINT BLOCK create the longest print ever made in Dublin! Printing techniques such as mono, block and screen printing will be available to try out. The theme of the workshops is based on how we have all come to call Dublin our home now. And keeping with our Christmassy theme we like the idea that visitors can also print their own fabric tote bags, at a cost of €5 per bag.
There will be various textile printing workshops held in the Gallery to continue this printing project. The longest print ever made in Dublin, will be exhibited in the gallery with a family friendly opening on Saturday 19th November from 12 – 4pm and will run until the 23rd of November.
