What is Have the Craic?

Have the Craic is a social events company. We organise a wide variety of events and activities. It’s a great way to vary your social life and get the most out of your free time. There are lots of different things to do. And you’ll meet a friendly bunch of people at the events. All you have to do is book your ticket, turn up and have fun.

Who goes to the events?

A wide range of people come to the events. Have the Craic brings people with the same interests together so you are likely to meet similar people at the events that interest you. If you are interested in wine you can be sure that you’ll meet people who are also interested in wine at the Wine Tasting event. If general knowledge makes you jump for joy then you might find your kindred spirit at the pub quiz!

Is Have the Craic a dating site?

Have the Craic is a social events company. It’s not a dating site. But if you want to date then we’re right behind you encouraging you all the way. Our events focus on socialising, having a laugh and trying something new or making friends. It’s a great way to get to know people and increase your circle of friends. And if you happen to meet your soulmate well then please let us know we’re big soppy romantics at heart.

Why do you need my phone number?

When you sign up for an event we text you to remind you that you’ve signed up for it. You’d be surprised how many people forget! And also if anything changes at the last minute it allows us to contact you easily.

do you need too become a member i don’t see anywhere too log in or too join

No you don’t need to be a member. We organise social events for everyone who would like to come along and join in the fun. We get a mixture of people who come along to an event for the first time and regular attendees. Everyone is keen to meet people and have the craic.

Im from Cork- are all the activities and events based in Dublin?

Hi Donna most of the events are based in Dublin. But if we can get a crowd together in Cork we’ll come and run an event for sure We also run some weekend events outside Dublin. So keep an eye on the site from time to time. Thanks for your comment Elaine
