<p>For the avoidance of doubt, havethecraic.com does not monitor the contents of member interactions on the blog on this website. However, havethecraic.com reserves the right to delete part or all of any comments posted for any reason.</p>
<p>havethecraic.com reserves the right to delete all or part of a member&#8217;s profile without notice as a result of a breach of any of the rules described herein. By posting information, content or photographs to this website you automatically grant the worldwide irrevocable, fully-paid right to havethecraic.com to use, display and distribute such information and content as it sees fit.</p>

<p>9. Proper Law</p>
<p>The terms and conditions of this Agreement on which the Service is provided by havethecraic.com shall be governed by the Laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.</p>
<p>10. Events and Billing<br />
We accept payments from the major credit card companies. All services must be paid by a valid credit/debit card. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management. If you are unable to attend a Have the Craic Event you must contact us no later than 5 working days before the event for a refund.</p>
<p>All refunds are subject to €5 per person administrative fee. You will have the option of being moved to another event if spaces are available but you will incur an administration charge of €5 for the move. Please note that if you cancel between 1 and 5 working days before an event no refunds are possible. However we will move you to another event for a €5 per ticket administration fee.<br />
I AM OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE ABOVE AGREEMENT I ACKNOWLEDGE, CONFIRM AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.</p>
